Stormwater and Wastewater Pipe Design

When is this required?

• Typically if you are subdividing or creating a new lot or dwelling on your property, you will need some form of stormwater and wastewater design.

The Process

Information

• You send through the information about your property, including the survey and proposed site plans.

Site visit

• We undertake a site visit to your property to get a sense of the topography and how the proposed design will work.

Design

• During the design phase, we may need to discuss with your architect or planner about making adjustments to your proposal, particularly things such as the finished floor height of a building. A driveway design is generally an iterative process. Our fee allows for these sorts of discussions as and when they are required.

Common Pairings

• Often you will need a driveway design, Works Over Approval or Engineering Approval when you get a stormwater and wastewater design done.

Timeframe

General – 2-3 weeks

Provided that we have all information as listed below, we aim to have the reports issued within 2 – 3 weeks. Upon booking this, we will be in touch with you to discuss the exact date that the design can be completed.

Express Service – 1 week

Need an urgent driveway design? We offer an express service that will prioritse your job in our queue. The fee for this service is $900 + GST for the report in addition to the charge listed above.

Premium – 1 week

For our premium clients, we aim to have the report issued within one week.

Location
Auckland and areas 2 hours away from Auckland. Allow $200 extra for each hour from Auckland CBD to account for our travel distance.
