Chester Consultants were initially hired as Supervising Civil Engineers at Sungrove Rise, but this evolved into taking on a bigger role as Design Engineers for the complex redevelopment, something we take great pride in. The work that we did for Sungrove Rise included building a new public road, stormwater and wastewater design, sediment and erosion control, creating large diameter culvert and wingwalls and streamworks.
