We have been working for G.J. Gardner Homes at Hobsonville Point on the design and construction monitoring of many houses, large and small. Many of these are two storey town house developments that use pre-cast panels for inter-tenancy walls to provide fast and efficient construction that will last. Many houses have already been completed, and owners are happily occupying them.
