We will require the site plan with wall locations shown and a Geotechnical Report if available.
If you do not have a Geotechnical Report we will assume a good ground in accordance with NZS3604.
Where different types of walls are required eg. surcharges or bridging an additional cost will likely result, any increase will be included in the quote for your approval.
You will receive a retaining wall design which lays out the requirements for your site.

What will I receive for this?
Structural design, drawings, calculations and PS1 for a timber pole retaining wall.
Does this include inspections or a PS4?
No this price is for the design only. Inspections and a PS4 can be provided for an additional charge upon request.
